You'll enjoy 90 m² of living space with two bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area. Bathroom with bathtub, double vanity, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner. Another bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Ideal for a family with two children. South-facing terrace with garden access. Sauna use is available for an additional fee. The shores of Lake Rottach are in the immediate vicinity, 200 m to the lake and approximately 950 m to the bathing beach. The house is located on the edge of the village in a quiet location. Three restaurants are available in the village if you'd like to take a break from cooking. Shops for daily necessities are also available in the village.
